Sales and support assistants that answer in Spanish and English

Your customers write at night, on weekends and in two languages, and most of them ask the same handful of things. A well-built assistant answers those on WhatsApp, on your website or by email, any time, and passes the rest to your team with the conversation already summarized.

We build assistants for businesses in Lima and across Latin America, the US and the UK. They answer from your own information, not from guesswork, and they know when to stop and hand over.

What an assistant handles

Support

Order status, delivery questions, returns and refunds, opening hours, how-to questions. The assistant looks up the answer in your systems instead of reading out a script, and escalates anything sensitive.

Sales

Answers product and service questions, collects the details your sales team needs, books calls or appointments, and sends qualified leads into your CRM with a short summary.

Both languages

It replies in Spanish or English depending on how the customer writes, so you don't need a separate setup for each market.

Where it runs

WhatsApp, web chat on your site and email. It can serve one channel or several, and every conversation ends up in the same place so your team can see the full history.

Knowing when to hand over

The most important thing an assistant does is recognize what it shouldn't handle. When a customer is upset, a request is unusual, or the answer isn't in the information it has, it hands the conversation to a person with the context attached. Your team can see conversations and step in whenever they want.

Chatbot or agent?

An assistant talks with your customers. An AI agent works behind the scenes, processing orders, documents and requests inside your systems. Many projects use both. We'll tell you which one your problem needs.

How we work

1. Discovery

We read through real conversations from your channels to see what customers actually ask and where your team spends its time.

2. Scope and quote, before any build starts

You get a written scope covering which questions and tasks the assistant handles, which channels and systems it connects to, when it hands over to a person and how we'll measure it, plus a quote for that scope. Nothing gets built until you've agreed.

3. Build

We build the assistant on your approved information, test it against real past conversations, and launch it with your team watching closely in the first weeks.

4. Ongoing maintenance and monitoring

We review conversations, especially the escalated ones, update its information as your products and policies change, and keep tuning its answers.

FAQ

Will it make things up?

It answers from the information you approve, like your product details, policies and order data. When the answer isn't there, it says so and hands over to a person instead of guessing.

Can it work on WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp is one of the most common channels we connect, alongside web chat and email.

Can our team take over a conversation?

Yes. We design the handoff so your team can see every conversation and step in at any point, and the customer doesn't have to repeat themselves.

Can it reply in Spanish and English?

Yes. It answers in the language the customer uses, and we test it in both before launch.

Who owns the assistant, and where is it hosted?

You do. Once the project is finished, the code and the assistant's setup are yours. We'll recommend where to host it, and we work with different hosting providers, so you aren't tied to one.

What happens to customer data?

We work inside your own tools and accounts, give the assistant only the access it needs, and never train public models on your data. Refunds and other sensitive actions can require a person's approval.

How long does it take?

It depends on the channels and systems involved, and the timeline goes in the scope document. Most first projects ship in three to six weeks.
