What does the scope of an AI agent project look like?
Usually one workflow to start, not your whole business. The scope covers the job the agent does, the systems it connects to, where people review its work, and what success looks like. Starting narrow means you see results sooner and can decide what to automate next based on real numbers.
How long does it take?
It depends on the workflow and how many systems are involved. We'll give you a timeline in the scope document. Most first projects ship in three to six weeks.
What happens to our data?
We work inside your own tools and accounts, give the agent only the access it needs, and never train public models on your data. For actions that carry real risk, like refunds or anything touching payments, we build in a human approval step.
What happens after launch?
We stay on to monitor and maintain the agent. That includes checking its answers, reviewing escalations, updating it when your processes or tools change, and fixing anything that breaks. You won't be left with a system nobody on your side knows how to look after.
Do we actually need AI for this?
Maybe not, and we'll tell you. If a process is predictable and the data is already structured, simple rule-based automation is often cheaper to run and easier to maintain. AI earns its place when someone has to read and interpret something before the next step can happen. Many of the systems we build use both.
Can you work in Spanish and English?
Yes. Our team works in both languages, and the agents we build can serve your customers and staff in Spanish, English, or whichever one they write in.
