This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we use it, and the choices you have. It is written for visitors in the United Kingdom and in Peru.

Who we are

54 Solutions Limited is the data controller for this website. The company is registered in England and Wales, company number 06903049. UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, applies to our handling of personal data.

If you are in Peru, Peru's Ley N.° 29733 (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales) and its regulation also apply to you.

For privacy questions, use the contact form.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you, send the guide, book a call, or understand how the site is used.

We, or our providers, may also process your IP address to keep the site secure and, if you allow analytics cookies, to measure traffic.

Purposes and legal bases

Processors and recipients

We use these providers to run the site and to handle enquiries. They process personal data for us:

International transfers

Some of these providers store or access personal data in the United States and in other countries. Where we transfer personal data out of the UK, we use an appropriate safeguard, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum, or we rely on an adequacy decision where one applies.

Retention

We keep enquiries and leads for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a client relationship begins. If it does, we keep what we need for that relationship. We keep a record of marketing consent until you withdraw it. Cookie durations are those shown in the cookie banner. The cookies that store your consent choice last 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or a portable copy of your personal data. You can object to processing that is based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or through the contact form. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

If you are in Peru, you have ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation, and objection. You can complain to the Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales at gob.pe/anpd.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, use the contact form and we will delete it.
